1. FILL OUT AND SUBMIT AN APPLICATION
You can fill out and submit an application at the Shepherd's Heart office or at the Heinz VA Progressive Care Center in Aspinwall. Veterans can take a shuttle from the VA Hospital on University Drive in Oakland to the other VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System buildings, including Heinz.
2. INTERVIEW WITH VA SOCIAL WORKER
After your application has been submitted, a social worker from the Veteran's Administration will meet with you to review and discuss your application.
